30 Before 30 Starting Post


Where to start, blogging again, part of the finding me aspect of 30 before 30.
I feel like I've lost myself a lot and maybe this will be a way to find myself. Being a wife and a mom is great, but what about being me? I use to have really high aspirations to do a lot of things, me against the world. Then I meet Keenan and fell head over heels. We were married nine months later just a few months after that as I was pregnant with my son before he was 2, I had my first daughter and two years later I had my second daughter. And here I am 28 with three kids almost 8, 6 and 4 been married almost 9 years somewhere along the way I kind of lost who I was.
A friend of mine posted about 30 before 30. I looked into it and it was a great idea. Second part came from going to see my doctor for my annual exam to find out that for the first time my labs didn't come back normal. At cholesterol over 200 and my liver levels were a little high that's not normal for somebody who is 28. I am weighing currently more than I did when I delivered my last child. Since starting the job three years ago, where I sit day, I have gained between 20 and 30 pounds and I was overweight to start. So, yes, I know I will never be skinny but I don't want to be fat either.
So finding me, a thinner me, a happier me, a better me for my family and mostly for myself.

Yes, I see that 20-30 are still blank. Give me some ideas, I might add them but that's what I have so far.

Already working on a few of these. I was at my highest weight in July 257lbs. I weighed in Wednesday at 247. I went for a 2 mile walk tonight. And I wrote this post so writing. Little under 2 years but I want to make them all happen.
